Our Therapists
Jamie Ross, MS, LMHC
Therapist and Clinical Supervisor
I am deeply committed to helping individuals find healing, growth and a renewed sense of hope. By integrating mind, body, and emotional well-being into therapy, I help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My practice is grounded in empathy and acceptance, always meeting you exactly where you are today. In our work together, my highest priority is creating a compassionate space where you feel genuinely heard, validated, and supported as you move toward lasting growth
Whether you are looking to better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, or simply find more balance, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Sarah Rich, MS, LMFTA
Relationships are at the heart of how I approach therapy. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and patterns that can be hard to understand or change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and curious. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and figure out what feels most helpful to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in—we can start where you are.
I’m based in Bellingham and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. If you’re considering therapy and wondering whether we might be a good fit, I’d be glad to hear from you.
